• Scope:

This limited lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser of a Cassa Bolden fireproof and demountable safe (“Safe”). It warrants that the Safe will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the Safe, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.

• Scope Period:

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the safe and continues for the life of the original purchaser. Original proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. The warranty applies to all purchases of new Cassa Bolden products from authorized Cassa Bolden distributors from March 1, 2024.

• What’s Covered:

This warranty covers the following:

1. Repair or replacement of safe due to fire
2. Repair or replacement of safes due to attempted break-ins.

• What isn’t covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents and rust.
2. Damage caused by normal wear.
3. Damage caused by improper abuse, misuse or negligence.
4. Damage caused by natural disasters or wars.
5. Damage to the contents of the safe.
6. Transportation costs associated with warranty service.
7. Loss of use of safe

• Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Cassa Bolden Customer Service at +62 852 8183 3929 within thirty (30) days of the defect. Buyers must provide proof of purchase with the serial number and description of the defect. Cassa Bolden will then determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty and, if so, will arrange for the repair or replacement of the safe. Customers are required to make a video testimonial of Brankas. The testimonial video will belong to Cassa Bolden.

• Exception:

This warranty supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Cassa Bolden will not be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Safe, even if Cassa Bolden has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Complete Agreement:

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between Cassa Bolden and the original purchaser concerning the Safe and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written.

• Amendment:

This warranty cannot be modified except in writing signed by Cassa Bolden and the original purchaser.

• Detachment:

If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

• Police Report and Proof of Purchase:

1. To qualify for replacement under this warranty, the customer must have filed a police report within 24 hours of the fire or attempted break-in.
2. Customers must also provide a copy of the original proof of purchase as proof of ownership.

• Replacement Limitation:

1. Replacement under this warranty is limited to one replacement.
2. Replacement safes will be of the same or comparable model, at the sole discretion of Cassa Bolden.
3. Cassa Bolden will have the right to discontinue any model and substitute a comparable model at its discretion.
